A total revitalization of this important corner of 14th Street and 29th Avenue SW is coming in the summer of 2024. We are thrilled to offer this character building as the home of Ibu, pronounced “e-boo".”

We retrofit the structure to include new glazing and brickwork reminiscent of the Edwardian style that Calgary loves. Not only that, but the large south-facing patio will catch the eyes of any passing travellers, as customers will get tons of sunlight while they enjoy their meals. The new landscaping will also give a pleasant addition of vibrancy to this busy corner.
