Certus takes pride in working closely with tenants to create unique spaces, this is perfectly exemplified through the work on 14th St. projects Ke and Cluck N Cleaver. This development gives new life to the community, as these unique family-owned restaurants add vibrancy to the Beltline area.

Cluck N Cleaver is a locally owned chicken joint, operated by sister duo Nicole and Francine Gomes. This takeaway-style fried chicken eatery is one of our customized projects and has quickly become a Calgary favourite.

Ke Charcoal Grill and Sushi is situated on-site in a free-standing building with its own unique rooftop bar. Chef Terry and his team of talented sushi chefs are famous for their yakitori grilled fish, meats, and vegetables, and their mouthwatering sushi. Ke features a kitchen bar and vibrant rooftop patio. Ke’s fun atmosphere, delicious food, and good prices anchored by Chef Terry’s vision have made the restaurant a great success!

Tokyo Station is a new concept headed by Ke and Tokyo Street Market on Centre Street. Serving up fresh ramen, Japanese grocery, and ice cream!
