Ghitter Block, named after one of our founding partners at Certus, is one of our newest development projects. The project was 100% pre-leased, constructed and completed in the summer of 2017. It can best be described as a boutique retail shopping centre, perfectly situated along Elbow Drive SW, at the entry to the Britannia shopping district.
